At Signora Studio, every desk name plate is handcrafted and personalized specifically for you. Since each product is custom-made using the name and profession you approve, our refund and replacement policy is designed to be fair, transparent and easy to understand.

Welcome to our Terms and Conditions! These boxes aren’t legally binding, you can use them as an aid for understanding the legal language.

Personalized Products

Every desk name plate is created exclusively for the customer who places the order.

Before production begins, we provide a free personalized design preview for your review and approval.

Printing starts only after you confirm that the design is correct.

Order Approval

Before approving your design, please carefully verify:

  • Spelling of your name

  • Profession or designation

  • Design layout

  • Color selection

  • Any customization details

Once the design is approved, production begins immediately.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order any time before approving your design preview.

Once the design has been approved and production has started, cancellation is no longer possible because the product is made exclusively for you.

Refund Policy

As every product is personalized, approved custom orders are not eligible for refunds.

However, your satisfaction is important to us.

If there is an issue caused by us, we will always work with you to resolve it.

Replacement Policy

We gladly provide a replacement if:

  • The product arrives damaged during shipping.

  • You receive the wrong product.

  • The printed name or profession does not match the approved design due to our production error.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

To request a replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the product.

Cases Not Covered

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Spelling mistakes approved by the customer before production.

  • Design changes requested after approval.

  • Minor color differences caused by screen or device display settings.

  • Damage caused after delivery due to improper handling or misuse.

Shipping Damage

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photographs of the package and product.

  2. Contact us within 48 hours.

  3. Our team will review the request and arrange a replacement if applicable.
