Every product is custom-made based on the information provided by the customer.

All our desk name plates are made to order.

Each product is customized using the name, profession, color selection and other details submitted by the customer.

Because every product is personalized, each order is unique.

3. Free Design Preview

Before production begins, every customer receives a complimentary personalized design preview.

The preview allows you to review:

  • Name spelling

  • Profession or designation

  • Layout

  • Color selection

  • Overall appearance

No production begins until the design has been approved.

4. Design Approval

Please review your design carefully before approving it.

Once you approve the design:

  • Production begins.

  • Further design changes may not be possible.

  • Approved spelling and customization details become final.

Customers are responsible for verifying all submitted information before approval.

5. Pricing

All product prices displayed on our website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).

Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed separately during the payment process or clearly communicated before payment.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.

6. Payment

Payment is requested only after your personalized design has been approved.

We may offer secure payment methods including UPI, debit cards, credit cards and other supported payment options through our authorized payment partners.

Production starts only after successful payment confirmation.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before design approval.

Once the design has been approved and production has started, cancellation is no longer possible because the product is custom-made specifically for you.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier services and public holidays.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content including:

  • Product photographs

  • Graphics

  • Designs

  • Logos

  • Text

  • Branding

belongs to Signora Studio and may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

The latest version will always be available on this page.

11. Changes to These Terms

While we strive to deliver every order accurately and on time, Signora Studio shall not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, natural disasters or government restrictions.
